LET THE SUMMER BEGIN...

Summer is almost upon me! It's already started for Claire, but I have seven more days of teaching before summer break officially begins.

I went to the library to pick up my requested copy of "The Omnivore's Dilemma" and some other stuff that caught my eye...

And then I saw some freebie bookmarks the library was giving away... and so I broke out my crayons...



And now I have a cool bookmark :)



I'm going strawberry picking in upstate New York tomorrow with my first graders. Bus leaves at 8:30 am! Which means I have to leave my place at 7:30 am :(
