BUSY IN THE TIME OF SWINE FLU

So! I'm back (for now). Whew, a lot has been going on, but few are blog worthy, but here's a quick run through.

Been hanging out at bars with friends. Here's an appropriately named "Hudson Bar and Books."
Ladies get free cigars Monday nights (!!) Paltry selection of beer, but they have Tuesday whiskey nights where all whiskeys get rounded down from their original price, which is cool. It's a little too shi-shi for my taste but I mean, I guess it's cute in theory. Here's my friend D posing with his recent read, "Under the Banner of Heaven," inside the bar.



I've also been playing with 24 year old brother's action figures. They are guarding my bookshelf.


S and I also finally (!) video blogged. I'm really embarrassed about it, too. S is REALLY good and funny and natural, but I'm hyper giggly, so watch at your own peril. It's about our initial reaction to "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter."
