Because I work at a elementary school, I have all this week off, giving me time to do things like watch all 22 episodes of R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet" hip hopera and read a bunch of random stuff. I picked up David Sedaris' "Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim" and was struggling to finish because I could not care about David Sedaris' supposedly quirky life and Claire finally was like, "TIFFANY. YOU CAN PUT IT DOWN." (She saw that I was in pain. What a good friend.) And there it was: the first time I have ever just walked away from a book. Thanks Sedaris. Your insipid life has cured me from my obsessive-compulsive need to finish shit.
